She is a seasoned adult facilitator and lecturer (International Relations, Gender and Development-strategic project management) with vast practical experience in Human Resources and administration (organizational development). Examiner with the Institute of Human Resources Management Professional Examinations Board (IHRMPEB).
She is Well-grounded in the basic social sciences theories and concepts, and research.
She does volunteer work in peace and conflict management and is currently focussing on capacity building of religious organizations in Preventing/Countering Violent Extremism and terrorism.
